Bricks and Barley Pizza started with a simple idea from Buster and Claudia. Stop settling for boring pizza and make something worth coming back for. Now we serve Panama City Beach from Thomas Drive with the spirit of a true mom and pop shop, and the pride of a veteran owned and operated restaurant.

Everything we do comes back to craft and quality. Dough made fresh daily with King Arthur flour, hand stretched, then baked in stone ovens. Sauce made in house with organic tomatoes, fresh rosemary, thyme, and basil, plus Grande 100% whole milk cheese on every pie. No shortcuts. Just bold flavor that tastes like it was made on purpose.
